Hi I'm Cydney
I've been working as an trauma informed Yoga Therapist, intuitive healer, and Medicine Woman in both private and group settings for over 20 years. I have two grown children and I have spent the majority of my parenting as a single mother. My background is in Cultural Anthropology, Midwifery and I have many teachers in Sacred Arts, Energy Medicine, Herbalism, Shamanism and have offered my work in Israel, Germany, Poland, Spain, and France. I have been deeply inspired by the jungle and culture of western Mexico. I've been leading The Life’s Best Yes Retreat, on the Day of the Dead for 7 years. It has been a mystical pilgrimage that has brought people together from all over the world . This opportunity has changed me over time.
I continue to serve as a mentor for others and a group facilitator, however I am largely focused on my private work. I specialize in PTSD. I have worked with Individuals with sexual abuse, childhood abuse, addiction, depression, life threatening illness and those navigating loss. I have a unique frame work that I have designed to Inspire Loving Connected Relationships and create a transformational journey for couple to remember their YES!
